Salary: $56,700–$72,000 annually

What you will do
- Coordinate policy development, reviews, and revisions to align with accreditation, regulatory, and client requirements.
- Manage operational projects, action items from committees, and quality improvement activities across departments.
- Track accreditation standard changes, develop action plans, and support external audits.
- Lead cross-functional teams, escalate issues, and provide reporting to department leadership.
- Assist with special projects, regulatory filings, and accreditation applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s in Health Services Administration, Public Health, or related preferred.
- 5+ years in health care administration with knowledge of managed care, delegation, accreditation (URAC, NCQA), and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, Excel, databases, and email; ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Must have stable internet (50 down/10 up Mbps minimum) for remote work and video meetings.
