Salary: $92,880 - $127,710/year with 25% incentive

What you will do

• Communicate with management on accounts, producers, and recommend operations improvements.
• Underwrite and select new business for underwriting profit.
• Review submissions, identify risks, terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Underwrite renewals, handle servicing, and implement corrective measures.
• Monitor producers for profitability and production.
• Market products to producers and participate in audits/meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of current underwriting experience in wholesale environmental and energy commercial insurance required
• Demonstrated technical underwriting knowledge with increasing responsibility
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel; strong analytical, organizational, time management skills
• Team player able to coach others; flexible to travel ~25%
• US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship
