Compensation: $120K - $175K

What you will do

• Partner with Head of AML Compliance Solutions to scale the function and create structured, repeatable client and internal support processes
• Act as compliance SME for clients, supporting account teams and answering AML/compliance product questions
• Create and maintain client-facing and internal materials like process docs, implementation guides, policy drafts
• Support client migrations and rule translations from legacy vendors to hirify.global
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Model teams to refine and expand AI-powered compliance capabilities
• Contribute to internal enterprise risk management, policy updates, testing, and regulatory change management

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on in AML operations, compliance operations, or similar at bank, fintech, or regulated entity
• Direct experience in AML workflows: transaction monitoring, alert review, KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, investigations, SAR
• Strong grasp of regulatory and operational AML compliance requirements
• Ability to turn compliance needs and pain points into documentation, processes, and recommendations
• Cross-functional experience with technical/non-technical teams; excellent written/verbal communication
• Strong project management and execution in fast-paced settings
• Interest in AI-first approaches and automation for compliance
