What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers
• Translate requirements into tailored implementation plans, configurations, and best practices
• Configure integrations with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and development workflows
• Deliver trainings, workshops, and enablement sessions to drive adoption
• Conduct configuration reviews and act as escalation point for complex issues
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback to Product and Engineering

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical role, 2+ years in startup-like environment
• Experience leading enterprise onboarding and post-sales technical engagements
• Strong experience with software development tools, command line, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple engagements
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions
• Supporting production environments and technical escalations
• Designing or reviewing enterprise system architectures
