What you will do

• Own and deliver high-touch product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Identify key customer requirements and present tailored hirify.global solutions.
• Handle system configuration, admin training, user training, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the entire sales process.
• Utilize technical tools to test and validate network environments.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar.
• Experience with Cloud-VOIP Systems (UCaaS & CCaaS).
• Strong understanding of how systems integrate through APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Must be located in or able to work from Austin, US.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
