Location: Remote, but ideal candidate must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area
Salary: $140,000 - $230,000 per year

What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to articulate Arize's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sophisticated GenAI teams, building relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Lead product demonstrations and advise customers on GenAI and ML best practices.
- Conduct technical discovery of prospect tech stacks to construct compelling value propositions.
- Drive Proof of Concept (PoC) motions from initial requirements gathering to closing.
- Resolve technical objections by collaborating across sales, engineering, and product teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of LLM and Agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangGraph, DSPy).
- Understanding of GenAI concepts and the application development and evaluation lifecycle.
- Ideal candidate based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Nice to have
- Experience aligning Sales, Product, and Engineering teams in a high-growth environment.
- Previous engineering experience in Data Engineering, MLOps, or Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
