TL;DR

AI Sales Engineer (AI): Driving the adoption of the hirify.global observability platform by leading technical sales cycles and PoCs for digital native AI/ML organizations with an accent on GenAI evaluation and integration. Focus on designing technical proof-of-concepts, advising on LLM best practices, and bridging the gap between customer requirements and product engineering.

Location: Remote, but ideal candidate must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area

Salary: $140,000 - $230,000 per year

hirify.global is a Series C observability and evaluation platform for AI & Agent Engineering, helping enterprises monitor and optimize high-performing AI systems.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to articulate Arize's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sophisticated GenAI teams, building relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Lead product demonstrations and advise customers on GenAI and ML best practices.
  • Conduct technical discovery of prospect tech stacks to construct compelling value propositions.
  • Drive Proof of Concept (PoC) motions from initial requirements gathering to closing.
  • Resolve technical objections by collaborating across sales, engineering, and product teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of LLM and Agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, LangGraph, DSPy).
  • Understanding of GenAI concepts and the application development and evaluation lifecycle.
  • Ideal candidate based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Nice to have

  • Experience aligning Sales, Product, and Engineering teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Previous engineering experience in Data Engineering, MLOps, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
