What you will do

• Review and post monthly lease entries, perform account reconciliations, and prepare IFRS reconciliations and reporting.
• Handle IFRS and US GAAP cash flow reporting, annual lease disclosures, and technical accounting judgements.
• Develop best practice methodologies, provide training, and build knowledge base using third-party lease solutions.
• Collaborate with real estate, technical accounting, and other partners to facilitate new business initiatives in lease accounting, general ledger, and inter-company areas.
• Interact with senior management on accounting matters, manage projects, and deliver cross-functional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance + 8+ years of accounting experience.
• Technical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, ability to apply accounting to business initiatives.
• SAP or similar ERP experience, advanced Excel skills (databases, pivot tables, macros).
• Prior team lead experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Cross-departmental collaboration and understanding of process controls for financial postings.
