What you will do

• Oversee financing and reconciliation functions supporting customers, casinos, and lottery operations.
• Lead reporting and analytics initiatives, including the development of customer-facing and leadership KPIs.
• Analyze and modernize workflows through technology and data solutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define business needs and implement operational solutions.
• Provide people leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to a team of professionals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners and leadership to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
• 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in analytics, operations, finance, payments, or technology-driven environments.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of payment flows and financial operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on in day-to-day operations.
