What you will do

• Operate machinery in slitting, doctoring, and palletizing areas to maintain high productivity standards.
• Inspect incoming coated stock for damage and perform accurate entries in data recording systems.
• Prepare precision splices from roll to roll and ensure accurate labeling of finished reels.
• Conduct all Quality Control checks independently and manage material transport from the slitter.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and proactively keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Collaborate on World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives to address and improve operational deficiencies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing machine operation.
• Basic math skills, reading comprehension, and intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to strictly comply with safety rules, training manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Must have existing work authorization for the US (no sponsorship provided).
