Machine Operator (Flexo) - 3rd Shift

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Starting salary: $26.71 per hour, plus an annual bonus based on plant performance metrics.

What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor flexo folder gluers and rotary die cutters.
• Mount printing and cutting dies and mix or adjust ink viscosity.
• Perform quality checks and verify materials against customer requirements.
• Lead the crew training process and work with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Record production data and complete required computer and paperwork tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and safe operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of machine operator experience.
• Strong machinery troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong safety background and good attendance record.
• Ability to understand, execute, and provide verbal and written instructions.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
