What you will do

• Provide on-site technical support for hirify.global equipment to maintain system availability and performance.
• Collaborate with Customer Support Engineers to perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective maintenance.
• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and system upgrades according to standard procedures.
• Analyze system issues and drive root cause analysis (RCA) with cross-functional teams.
• Support the installation, qualification, and ramp-up of new tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and issue resolution reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 0–5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, manufacturing, or relevant engineering roles.
• Willingness to work in a 12-hour rotating shift (day/night), including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom production environment and comply with safety protocols.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Experience in lithography, vacuum systems, optics, or precision equipment.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment.
