What you will do

• Provide on-site service for production tester systems at customer OSAT factories, including downtime troubleshooting and jam recovery.
• Execute new system installations, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Conduct periodic preventative maintenance according to established guidelines.
• Manage daily reporting of major issues and handle internal escalations.
• Collaborate with engineers and product support groups to improve system MTBF, MCBA, and MTTR.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in electronics, mechanical, or semiconductor areas.
• Experience with automation equipment maintenance and testing.
• Ability to analyze automation and testing logs.
• English: Proficiency in writing and speaking required.
• Availability for night/weekend shifts and occasional domestic and international business trips.

Nice to have

• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint for reporting.
