What you will do

• Create and implement customer support plans to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
• Perform system installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, retrofits, and troubleshooting.
• Manage service problem escalations and take ownership until resolution.
• Provide technical expertise and answer customer inquiries regarding system functionality.
• Consult on hardware development and provide inputs for next-generation product design.

Requirements

• Degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to constant requirement changes.
• Flexibility to undertake business trips based on project requirements.
• Experience with semiconductor test areas, ATE, or handler/prober H/W docking integration is a plus.
• English fluency is a plus.
