What you will do

• Supervise, schedule, and mentor a team of Field Service Engineers at customer sites.
• Manage on-site installation, troubleshooting, and both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Maintain direct customer relations via daily and weekly meetings to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee service contracts and ensure all contractual obligations and commitments are met.
• Collaborate with global technical support, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve customer issues.
• Lead recruitment, orientation, training, and development for service personnel in the assigned area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing field service teams and foreign contractors.
• Experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry (specifically diffusion, etch, lithography, or wet process).
• Fluent English proficiency for communication with factory and technical support teams.
• Ability to travel to multiple site locations up to 30% of the time.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Nice to have

• Experience managing TSMC accounts.
• Experience facing and managing foundry, OSAT, or Compound Semiconductor customers.
