What you will do

• Perform on-site installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of complex machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, performing necessary repairs and engineering changes.
• Conduct customer training sessions to ensure proper system operation.
• Manage customer relationships by advising on environmental factors and operational support needs.
• Maintain detailed service reports, time sheets, and company assets.
• Collaborate with the service team and account management to optimize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Material Science.
• At least two years of experience in field installation and servicing.
• Experience with vacuum systems and ion beam deposition/etching.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and mechanical skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently from the home base.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Experience with wet chemical processing tools.
• Previous experience with fab or semiconductor vendors.
