What you will do

• Provide outsourced operational and transactional support for clients in Fed Settlements, ensuring quality and contract compliance.
• Lead US and global teams handling Fedwire Security Settlements, Triparty, FICC/GSCC, and TMPG processes.
• Oversee managers, conduct performance reviews, manage budgets, coach staff, and facilitate recruitment and training.
• Drive automation initiatives with RPA, BEES, and other tools; identify opportunities, implement solutions, and create dashboards.
• Handle daily escalations, mitigate financial risks from unsettled trades, and communicate resolutions to clients and internals.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting prospects and expanding product suite like Impact for Fixed Income settlements.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Newark, NJ required
• 7+ years of experience with bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven knowledge of operations products and processes
• Strong customer service, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Self-starter with attention to detail, ability to multitask under deadlines
• Experience leading teams and supervising operations
