National Account Manager

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Travel 50-60%.

Salary: $124,000 to $186,000 + cash incentive

What you will do

• Execute short- and long-term strategies aligned with hirify.global objectives, allocating resources to high-ROI opportunities.
• Drive business planning, budgeting, and market insights for assigned national accounts.
• Build senior executive relationships at customer HQs and align hirify.global goals with customer objectives.
• Implement hirify.global standards for shelf distribution, pricing, promotions, and presence across retailers.
• Manage annual marketing agreements, track trade investments, and analyze sales data for priorities.
• Coordinate with business units, distributor partners, and internal teams for consistent execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of sales and key account management experience with proven success
• Previous experience managing national chain accounts in grocery and convenience channels
• Strong analytical skills using data sources like Nielsen, Circana, CPM
• Advanced strategic thinking, financial management, negotiation, and sales presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of FMCG and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) industries
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems like SAP/BI
