Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + Incentive Plan

What you will do
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve $1–$3M in new annual revenue.
- Perform 40–50 daily outbound calls utilizing LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and market research tools.
- Conduct virtual meetings to identify customer needs and present tailored industrial solutions.
- Manage all opportunity stages and record interactions within the Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate site visits, line trials, and audits in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Develop pricing recommendations and assist in the creation of contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mechanical, or marketing field.
- 2–5 years of professional sales experience, preferably within industrial chemicals.
- Proven track record in prospecting and new business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone-based influencing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Must be based in or able to work in St. Paul, Minnesota for a hybrid arrangement.

- Direct experience with Salesforce.com.
