Salary: $134,434 - $188,207 (for WA applicants)

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of New Glenn and SBO goals from annual definition through tracking and closeout.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on measurable goals and key results, ensuring they are clearly cascaded to relevant teams.
• Plan and execute leadership offsites and New Glenn All Staff meetings, including agenda and content development.
• Serve as the Finance liaison for the SBO team, participating in bi-weekly meetings and Monthly Business Reviews.
• Oversee the "Camp New Glenn" orientation program and evolve the employee handbook using AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in project, program, or operations management for complex, cross-functional efforts.
• U.S. citizenship, national, permanent residency, refugee, or asylum status is required.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical information into executive-ready narratives and presentations.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve efficiency in strategic planning or program management workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in PMO functions supporting large, multi-year hardware/software programs.
• Expertise in designing operating rhythms or governance forums (e.g., business reviews, steering committees).
• Experience defining and governing metrics or KPIs to support business decisions.
• Formal project management certification such as PMP, Agile, or Lean.
