TL;DR

Hospital Sales Specialist (Northern New England): Serve as hospital sales specialist promoting hirify.global’s CARE products in assigned territory, meeting sales objectives and navigating complex health systems with an accent on formulary processes, clinical discussions, and stakeholder relationships. Focus on achieving quarterly/annual sales goals, implementing territory business plans, and leveraging internal teams for customer needs.

Location: Field-based/remote position; must live in/near territory: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Upstate NY, up to 75% travel.

Salary: $135,540–$155,000 annually

What you will do

  • Promote and sell Chiesi products to targeted hospital customers including physicians, pharmacists, and staff, achieving quarterly/annual sales goals.
  • Navigate hospital formulary processes, conduct in-services/clinical discussions, and build relationships with medical centers and advocates.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans, schedule high-impact meetings, and implement programs like speaker bureaus and symposia.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and manage territory budget while partnering with internal teams.
  • Gain proficiency in products and sales tools to present scientific information effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical industry sales experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in presenting scientific information with visual aids and technical data
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills; valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, hospital credentialing; pass drug test (including marijuana)
