Salary: $105,000 - $115,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing activations, campaigns, events, webinars, and co-marketing efforts to drive partnership revenue growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Relationship Management to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Build scalable programs enhancing partner collaboration, trust, loyalty, and activation journey.
• Track performance metrics including lead generation, engagement, ROI, and partner growth; present insights to leadership.
• Represent partner voice in planning and incorporate feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• 4-6 years in partner marketing, program management, or related role; payments or financial industry strongly preferred.
• Proven B2B marketing expertise, strategic collaboration, end-to-end program ownership, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Wrike, Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, CoPilot).
• Light travel required, up to 5-10% of the year.
