Salary: $82,000 - $110,000

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end B2B2C co-marketing strategies for the US and Canada to drive commercial value for partners.
  • Act as a strategic consultant for Sales and Account Management teams, participating in high-stakes pitches.
  • Architect internal briefing processes and project management tools to streamline partner requests.
  • Collaborate with PR, B2B, and B2C marketing teams to integrate partner activities into the brand narrative.
  • Track and report on ROI of partner initiatives to optimize for commercial success.
  • Localize global best practices and share North American innovations with the Global Partner Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in partner or co-marketing, specifically managing relationships in the United States and Canada.
  • Proven ability to work as a strategic partner to Sales/Account Management and influence external stakeholders.
  • Experience building internal workflows, briefing systems, and project management tools.
  • Strong financial acumen and comfort with data and metrics to track business growth and ROI.
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration with PR, Social, and Performance teams.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for local and global audiences.
