TL;DR

Head of Partner Marketing (AI): Developing and scaling a high-impact partner growth engine to drive pipeline and reinforce positioning as critical infrastructure for AI-development with an accent on joint GTM strategies and partner ecosystem activation. Focus on translating partner potential into real pipeline, designing prioritization frameworks, and managing partner-influenced revenue accountabilities.

Location: Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada; 20% travel required. No visa sponsorship or relocation provided.

Salary: $145,000 – $235,000 (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

  • Create a prioritization and investment framework for the partner ecosystem based on customer value and strategic fit.
  • Define joint value propositions and execute GTM plans (campaigns, co-sell motions, launches) to drive pipeline.
  • Allocate and manage MDF and partner budgets to deliver partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Build templatized playbooks and automated campaigns for scalable partner activations.
  • Collaborate with demand marketing and partnerships teams to integrate partners into high-conversion campaigns.
  • Track and report on partner influence on pipeline, adoption, and overall business growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles within B2B software.
  • Proven track record of ownership over partner-driven pipeline or revenue.
  • Deep understanding of cloud and ISV ecosystems, including co-marketing and co-sell motions.
  • Work authorization for the US or Canada is mandatory.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Background in developer tools, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience driving impact within the AWS Partner Network.
