What you will do
- Meet or exceed sales targets for continence care products in assigned territory.
- Develop strategic selling initiatives and foster relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, and professionals.
- Conduct customer needs assessments, deliver education, clinical support, and product demonstrations.
- Manage tenders, contracts, compliance, and sales data analysis for opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and participate in events and launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams using CRM tools like Salesforce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience.
- Must reside in Alberta (preferably Edmonton) with 80% travel including overnights.
- Strong clinical and product knowledge in healthcare.
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
- Compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to private and public sectors, distributors, and retailers.
- Background in continence, critical care, ostomy, or wound care.
