What you will do

  • Own gross-to-net performance to ensure delivery of revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Build and maintain customer, channel, and promo-level profitability views to guide investment decisions.
  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies, including Price Pack Architecture (PPA) modeling.
  • Act as the primary business owner for Confido (TPM), managing trade investment governance and budget tracking.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Demand Planning to align forecasts and execution plans.
  • Run monthly business reviews and deliver actionable insights on mix, pricing, and revenue drivers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in CPG Sales, Trade Finance, Revenue Growth Management, or Category Management.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and sales/financial forecasting.
  • Experience working with POS data (e.g., SPINS, Nielsen) and managing TPM platforms.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and influence Sales and Finance partners to embed RGM guardrails.
