What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues via telephone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, and network connectivity problems.
• Manage and document the full lifecycle of support tickets using Service Desk Plus.
• Prioritize urgent issues and route them to appropriate technical teams such as Desktop, Network, or Engineering.
• Maintain and update support documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide rotating off-hours support during evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple work items in a high-urgency environment.
• Strong problem-solving and professional communication skills.
• Must be based in Pawtucket, RI.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting mobile devices including iPhone and Android.
