Salary: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including device preparation, account setup, and asset recovery.
• Perform computer imaging, configuration, and deployment for new hires and device refresh cycles.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, asset status, and location tracking throughout the device lifecycle.
• Provide frontline hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repairs for break/fix issues.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT equipment for both onsite and remote employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including Privacy and HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Less than 1 year of experience in IT support, logistics, or asset management.
• High School Diploma.
• Strong organizational, logistics coordination, and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of endpoint management, imaging, and hardware support.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship is not available).

Nice to have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Prior experience with device provisioning or technical support.
