What you will do

• Partner with Sales teams to identify customer requirements and align them with hardware and software solutions.
• Conduct remote and on-site product demonstrations for body cameras and evidence management software.
• Act as the subject matter expert on product features, integrations, and data security.
• Collaborate with implementation teams for smooth handoffs, providing detailed customer requirements and configurations.
• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and public safety stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into operational value for non-technical users.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50–75% depending on region and customer needs.
• Experience with law enforcement technology, video systems, or digital evidence SaaS solutions.
