Business Analyst (Wealth Management): Delivering technology and process solutions for private wealth and high-net-worth client offerings with an accent on business requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. Focus on translating complex business needs into functional and technical requirements, supporting Agile projects, and ensuring business readiness.
Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Current Work Authorization is required.
Salary: $60,000 to $100,000

What you will do
- Plan and monitor business analysis activities on cross-organizational projects and Agile stories.
- Elicit, analyze, design, and document business requirements, partnering with Wealth Management stakeholders.
- Act as liaison between business teams and IS delivery teams, translating needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Support Development and QA during design and testing phases.
- Coordinate business readiness, change activities, and stakeholder consultations focused on Wealth Management processes.
Requirements
- 3-year College diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in Wealth Management, Private Wealth, Investment Management, or Financial Services.
- Experience with private wealth or high-net-worth client business models, advisor-led workflows, and investment-related processes.
- Experience across Software Development Lifecycle: eliciting/documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, partnering with teams.
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management processes: client onboarding/servicing, portfolio management, advisor workflows, regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills; ability to self-manage in fast-paced environment.

- Agile framework/Scrum experience.
- Backoffice, TA & Dealer Operating Platforms.
- IIBA/Business Analysis certification, CSM, or CSPO.
- BABOK methodology and best practices.
