Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Current Work Authorization is required.

Salary: $60,000 to $100,000

What you will do

• Plan and monitor business analysis activities on cross-organizational projects and Agile stories.
• Elicit, analyze, design, and document business requirements, partnering with Wealth Management stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between business teams and IS delivery teams, translating needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Support Development and QA during design and testing phases.
• Coordinate business readiness, change activities, and stakeholder consultations focused on Wealth Management processes.

Requirements

• 3-year College diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in Wealth Management, Private Wealth, Investment Management, or Financial Services.
• Experience with private wealth or high-net-worth client business models, advisor-led workflows, and investment-related processes.
• Experience across Software Development Lifecycle: eliciting/documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, partnering with teams.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management processes: client onboarding/servicing, portfolio management, advisor workflows, regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving skills; ability to self-manage in fast-paced environment.

• Agile framework/Scrum experience.
• Backoffice, TA & Dealer Operating Platforms.
• IIBA/Business Analysis certification, CSM, or CSPO.
• BABOK methodology and best practices.
