What you will do

• Coordinate release preparation and handoff activities across various engineering teams.
• Manage change requests, ensuring accurate build data, compliance with partner rules, and routing through approval chains.
• Track and monitor releases in CI/CD pipelines, addressing blocks or delays to ensure timely production deployments.
• Develop a roadmap to automate deployment processes and build frameworks for autonomous engineering deployments.
• Maintain operational visibility via dashboards, Confluence pages, and recurring release syncs.
• Identify procedural gaps in release inputs and drive continuous improvement for deployment workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software, operations, program coordination, or technical support.
• Experience with change management and workflow tools such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent technical tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in San Jose, California (Hybrid work model).

Nice to have

• Automation skills using Python and/or Powershell.
• Experience with Azure, cloud computing concepts, or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with release pipelines and change governance (e.g., R2D/SafeFly).
• Proven track record of contributing to process and documentation improvements.
