What you will do

  • Own and refine the end-to-end change management strategy for the global ERP transformation (Project Phoenix).
  • Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments across multiple regions and functions to design targeted interventions.
  • Develop and govern the change roadmap and communications strategy, including executive talking points and digital channels.
  • Define the learning and training strategy, including role-based curricula and e-learning simulations.
  • Establish and monitor adoption KPIs and manage hypercare war room routines to resolve usage issues.
  • Lead Change Agents and manage external consulting partners to leverage change frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or Communications; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in OCM, with at least 5 years leading large-scale ERP transformations (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of finance and supply chain processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, S2P, M2D, F2P).
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and partner with PMO and functional leads.
  • Hands-on expertise in stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
  • Must be based in the USA (Fremont, CA).
