PMO Team Lead

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a cohort of project managers through feedback, mentorship, and career support.
• Monitor team capacity, utilization, and workload for sustainable performance.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, review project health, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify process gaps and lead improvements in governance, onboarding, and workflows.
• Align PM goals with organizational strategy and provide input on PMO priorities.
• Maintain ~40% billable time leading complex projects in Sage Intacct practice.

Requirements

• 10+ years project/program management experience, 3+ years in leadership or influence-based role
• Proven client-facing experience in professional services.
• Ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
• Experience with complex, cross-functional or enterprise projects.
• Bachelor’s degree; PMP required.
• Experience with PMO tools, reporting, and methodologies (Agile, hybrid, Propel).

Nice to have

• Master’s in Business, Leadership, or related.
• PgMP or PMI-PBA.
• Sage Intacct implementations.
