Salary: $120,000-$155,000

What you will do

• Take ownership of IT projects from initiation through implementation and handoff, managing scope, tasks, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, Legal, HR, and vendors to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Participate in requirements gathering and communicate project status clearly to stakeholders.
• Support technical implementations like network readiness, hardware deployment, and end-user access, including on-site support when needed.
• Maintain documentation, contribute to lessons learned, and drive process improvements in the PMO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 4–7 years delivering IT projects with ownership.
• Experience coordinating across technical teams in enterprise IT, cloud (Azure, AWS), Microsoft Security, ServiceNow, Snowflake.
• Proficiency with project tools like MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on exposure to IT implementations and willingness to travel up to 50%.
