What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage Kanban workflows to optimize throughput in continuous delivery environments.
• Coordinate across multiple teams using SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks for synchronization and dependency management.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, release plans, and risk registers aligned with business priorities.
• Track KPIs and create dashboards/visual reports to provide real-time visibility into team performance and velocity.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business owners, technical teams, and leadership to ensure goal alignment.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles to strengthen overall organizational agility.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or have lived in the US for 3 of the previous 5 years to pass U.S. Federal Public Trust security clearance.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years applying Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe in complex environments.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Azure Boards, MS Planner, or Jira.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics, including velocity, burn-down, and cumulative flow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and executive engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience managing data-driven or AI/ML projects in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for enterprise-level coordination.
• Experience working within government programs or regulated environments.
