Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (3 days in office per week). Relocation assistance available.

Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own product lifecycle definitions and transitions across development, pilot, ramp, sustainment, and end-of-life phases.
• Manage part-level and BOM-level revision control across PLM, ERP, and downstream systems.
• Lead material readiness for builds in partnership with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams.
• Execute engineering change processes (ECOs), ensuring changes are reviewed, approved, and communicated.
• Define and improve PLM, ERP, and integration workflows to enhance data quality and scalability.
• Drive lifecycle readiness reviews tied to build and launch milestones.

Requirements

• Deep experience with PLM systems, BOMs, ECOs, and revision control.
• Hands-on experience supporting operations and factory builds.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage hardware environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to drive alignment between technical and operational teams.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
