• Collaborate with the global HR team on various operational projects.
• Manage and automate core HR processes using the HiBob HRIS.
• Address employee inquiries and provide requested information in a timely manner.
• Coordinate calendar activities and organize weekly training sessions.
• Assist with benefits-related processes and respond to employee inquiries.
• Attend team meetings and maintain accurate notes.

Requirements

• Current attendance at an accredited university.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Meet, Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Excel.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when accessing sensitive company data.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
