TL;DR

Revenue Operations Analyst (SaaS GTM): Building and maintaining pipeline, funnel, and revenue performance dashboards with an accent on analytics, insights, and operating cadence for go-to-market teams. Focus on analyzing stage conversion, deal velocity, forecast risk, and data governance to drive predictable growth and executive reporting.

Location: Hybrid from Frisco or Dallas, Texas offices or fully remote within Texas, United States.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, forecasting, sales productivity, and revenue trends used in business reviews.
  • Analyze metrics like stage conversion, win rates, pipeline coverage, and attainment to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Own CRM requirements, data model governance, and pipeline hygiene for RevOps reporting and management.
  • Support weekly pipeline inspections, forecasting cadence, QBR/MBR, and cross-functional GTM planning.
  • Improve data consistency, reporting frameworks, and renewal/expansion visibility across revenue lifecycle.
  • Automate workflows and enable self-serve access to trusted metrics for Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations with ownership of pipeline management, funnel reporting, and forecasting.
  • Strong fluency in Tableau; analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
  • Strong CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred): understanding of data model, configuration impact on pipeline and reporting.
  • Experience supporting GTM operating cadence (pipeline inspections, forecast reviews, QBR/MBR).
  • Proven ability to translate business questions into metrics and recommendations influencing leadership.
  • Working knowledge of RevOps systems architecture and cross-functional partnership skills.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on configuration experience.
  • Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, ACV, GRR/NRR), RevOps tools (Clari, Gong), and AI analytics.
  • Familiarity with lead routing, attribution, and integrated lifecycle architecture.
