What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end operational and financial execution for a portfolio of complex corporate finance engagements including billing and revenue processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of billing professionals, managing workload and serving as escalation point.
• Establish operational controls, conduct quality reviews, and resolve risks and non-standard scenarios.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate finance professionals, accounting, and technology teams.
• Drive process improvements through standardization, automation, and systems enhancements.
• Provide reporting on portfolio performance, trends, risks, and support audits and financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
• 10+ years in corporate finance operations, professional services operations, billing, or revenue operations
• Minimum 3–5 years of people management experience in professional services
• Experience with professional services ERP systems; Workday Finance required, Adaptive a plus
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong understanding of complex engagement structures, financial workflows, risk management, and ability to lead in fast-paced environments
