Customer Content Marketing Lead (SaaS): Owning the end-to-end customer storytelling strategy across multiple formats and regions with an accent on high-impact case studies and global narrative engines. Location: Must be based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. Hybrid schedule: in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Salary: $215,000 - $240,000 per year

What you will do
- Own customer storytelling end-to-end, from identifying customers and crafting narratives to producing final assets across written, video, and web formats.
- Build a sustainable production engine to ship world-class customer content at a rapid cadence.
- Design global playbooks, templates, and infrastructure to enable EMEA and APAC regional teams to tell their own stories.
- Package individual customer stories into larger campaigns connected to product launches and brand moments.
- Own and optimize the surfaces where customer stories live, including the website, sales enablement materials, and event content.
- Collaborate with Storytelling, PMM, Demand Gen, and regional marketing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant and transferable experience in content marketing or storytelling.
- Exceptional writing skills for scripts, creative briefs, and customer stories.
- Strong visual taste and design aptitude for storyboarding and wireframing concepts.
- Ability to think in campaigns and sequence narratives to multiply impact.
- Proven track record of owning and shipping complex projects end-to-end.
- Must be based in New York or San Francisco to comply with in-office anchor days.
