What you will do

• Lead concept development for high-impact campaigns, including taglines and headline-driven executions across channels.
• Own creative output for key projects, ensuring high standards of quality, craft, and originality.
• Translate briefs and insights into compelling narrative frameworks and naming systems.
• Write copy for OOH, print, digital, email, and experiential, including scripts for video and social content.
• Partner cross-functionally with brand, design, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Mentor other writers and collaborate with leadership to evolve the hirify.global brand voice.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in copywriting with a strong portfolio of campaign or brand work.
• Expertise in crafting taglines, campaign lines, and concept-driven creative.
• Experience writing scripts for video, social, and other narrative formats.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and cultural trends.
• Ability to present creative concepts persuasively to internal stakeholders.
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in daily tasks.
