What you will do

• Lead transformation of lifecycle communications from transactional to emotionally engaging copy across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
• Define and evolve brand tone of voice in collaboration with leadership for all organic touchpoints.
• Develop messaging frameworks to build trust, engagement, and long-term relationships.
• Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Insights teams to turn user data into empathetic copy.
• Oversee customer-facing communications for clarity, consistency, and resonance.
• Drive lifecycle campaign improvements for activation, retention, and conversion; contribute to social and community initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in creative marketing, copywriting, or content strategy focused on organic growth channels
• Expertise in lifecycle marketing: email, SMS, in-app messaging
• Proven compelling copy for complex industries like insurance or finance
• Deep knowledge of brand voice, audience engagement, product positioning
• Experience with consumer digital products in fast-paced growth environments
• Strong portfolio of writing and storytelling; ability to synthesize insights into messaging
