Salary: $135k – $185k (USD) / CA$125k – CA$175k (CAD)

What you will do

• Overhaul existing customer communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy to move from functional to relationship-driven messaging.
• Build the company's personality and brand playbook from scratch in partnership with the CEO.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to increase trust and drive long-tail conversion.
• Produce creative organic content for social media and community platforms such as Reddit.
• Translate complex, stressful car ownership topics into engaging, human, and accessible copy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative marketing with a strong focus on organic growth and copywriting.
• Proven track record with organic channels including email, SMS, and social media.
• Experience working with consumer brands and a portfolio showcasing creative craft.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
