Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own entity compliance and maintain "Good Standing" for corporate entities across the US and Canada.
• Protect the brand by monitoring intellectual property and initiating cease-and-desist workflows.
• Investigate complex consumer escalations and spearhead company-wide compliance training.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to identify and resolve compliance risks and user friction.
• Lead internal compliance audits to ensure operational practices set industry benchmarks.
• Build scalable workflows using AI and low-code tools to automate manual legal chores.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with high performance.
• Proven track record of extreme resourcefulness and the ability to own projects end-to-end.
