Salary: $275,000–$330,000 + equity

hirify.global is building the open superintelligence stack, aggregating global compute to enable frontier-scale reinforcement learning for researchers and enterprises.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end commercial contract function, including MSAs, DPAs, and enterprise agreements.
• Negotiate and structure high-value compute supply contracts with neoclouds and hyperscalers globally.
• Manage corporate governance, board materials, equity grants, and lead legal workstreams for fundraising.
• Develop the open-source legal strategy, including model weights licensing and contributor agreements.
• Establish the company's regulatory positioning regarding the EU AI Act, US executive orders, and data privacy.
• Build the legal operations infrastructure, manage outside counsel, and scale the legal team.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of legal experience, ideally combining top-tier firm experience with in-house roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Deep expertise in commercial contracts at scale and usage-based business models.
• Experience owning a legal function, including setting strategy and managing outside counsel.
• Ability to operate with high judgment under uncertainty and navigate ambiguity.
• Must be comfortable working with AI-native tools (LLMs, automation).

Nice to have

• Direct experience with cloud, infrastructure, or AI/ML company contracts.
• Familiarity with compute supply contracts or large infrastructure financing.
• Knowledge of export controls and international technology compliance.
• Prior experience as an early legal hire at a high-growth startup.
