What you will do

• Evaluate advertising materials for regulatory risk and assess claims using FTC standards.
• Review standard agreements, identify deviations from templates, and summarize legal and business risks.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including maintenance of the agreements library and execution processes.
• Coordinate day-to-day compliance activities, regulatory calendars, and data inventories.
• Act as a primary legal partner for creative, media, analytics, and product teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• Hands-on experience with advertising law and FTC standards for claims and disclosures.
• Ability to interpret standard contract provisions and apply legal playbooks.
• Experience maintaining audit-ready compliance records and regulatory documentation.
• No immigration sponsorship provided (must have permanent US work authorization).
