What you will do

• Own entity compliance by maintaining corporate "Good Standing" across the US and Canada.
• Protect brand intellectual property by monitoring infringements and initiating cease-and-desist workflows.
• Investigate complex consumer escalations and spearhead compliance training initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to identify and implement systemic improvements to reduce compliance risk.
• Lead operational compliance audits to ensure practices set the industry benchmark for excellence.
• Automate manual legal chores into scalable workflows using AI and low-code tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program.
• Proven track record of extreme resourcefulness and a driver mindset.
• Proficiency or strong interest in using AI and technology to optimize workflows.
• Zero-error mentality regarding regulatory filings and high organizational rigor.
• Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in a high-performance startup environment.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
