Location: Phoenix, AZ (onsite, Northeastern U.S. region)

Salary: $136,560 - $170,700 USD

What you will do

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers to retain and expand defined contribution plan relationships.
• Manage executive relationships with key clients and advisors.
• Develop and execute annual strategic business plans for client retention and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and corporate teams to meet client servicing objectives.
• Coach CRMs on day-to-day activities, provide feedback, and accompany to top client meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement, monitor team performance, and conduct recruiting as needed.

Requirements

• At least six years of DC or related experience
• In-depth knowledge of company products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• FINRA Series 6, 63 and 26 required, along with state life and health licenses
