What you will do
- Prospect clients via cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
- Conduct needs analysis, deliver tailored demos, and build relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate contracts, manage sales pipeline in CRM, and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Monitor industry trends and provide sales forecasts to management.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software sales, preferably SMB/mid-market
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Technology or related preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales tools
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Hunter mentality, self-motivated, fast learner
