Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Prepare Revit model drawings and construction documents for plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Produce detailed floor plans, riser diagrams, schedules, and equipment layouts for new and renovation projects.
• Coordinate Revit models across mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Participate in clash detection and resolve coordination issues during design development.
• Prepare design calculations and perform equipment selection for building plumbing systems.
• Support construction administration through submittal reviews, RFIs, and as-built updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing/fire protection design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Working knowledge of ASHRAE, ASME, NFPA, and NEC codes.
• Must be located in or able to work from Bethesda, MD.

Nice to have

• LEED certification or CPD.
• Experience with laboratories and medical facilities design.
• Knowledge of IBC, IMC, IECC, and IPC requirements.
