What you will do

• Lead projects as primary engineer, managing staff for quality, budget, and schedule across all stages from concept to construction.
• Design structural systems and components for industrial facilities, ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Establish project scope, budgets, and design approaches; prepare proposals and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, civil) to deliver on time and within expectations.
• Mentor junior staff, conduct site visits for data collection and progress observation.
• Produce construction drawings, specifications, reports, and perform structural analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Structural Engineering
• Knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC)
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, RISA, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
